Dr. Javed is working with HarvestPlus/Nutritious Agri Future (NAF) since March 2021. Prior to joining NAF he worked as agronomist on supervisory seat in Wheat Research Institute Faisalabad. He is an experienced professional and have conducted different agronomic trials on fertilizer, sowing dates, seed rate, varieties comparison, zero tillage and biofortification of zinc wheat in Pakistan. He contributed in capacity development activities of value chain actors on modern wheat production technology, zinc biofortification and provided awareness regarding wheat segregation to farmers in different districts of Punjab. He contributed to efforts aimed at improving food security, reducing malnutrition and hunger in the country.
